Avason prepares independent construction estimates for homeowners from your architect’s drawings, so you can go into conversations with builders understanding roughly what the work involves and what it should cost.

What you receive
A measured estimate of the likely cost of the work, broken down so you can see where the money sits, with assumptions, inclusions and exclusions stated clearly.
That breakdown is what makes quotations comparable. When one builder is £20,000 cheaper, it tells you where to look.
What we don't do
Avason is not a builder and does not carry out construction work, so there is no interest in the answer. We also won’t tell you a price is wrong without explaining why — the point is to help you ask better questions, not to pick a fight with your builder.
